Terms, Conditions & Privacy

Who we are

Returns/Cancellations:

Cancellations may only be made before items are shipped. This can sometimes incur a 10% cancellation fee of total order. All shipped sales are final. We can exchange sizes, items must be returned in original new condition. Please choose your purchases carefully. Due to the nature of the products we sell, we cannot accept returns for refunds.
Some exceptions may apply if item is faulty upon delivery.

Shipping:

We use Australia post as well as sendle depending on a couple of different factors. All our parcels have tracking . If in the result your parcel is returned to us as a return to sender we will contact you as soon as possible. If this is our mistake we will resend the parcel asap at our cost. If this is a result of you entering the incorrect address you may have to pay the shipping cost again. PLEASE check your address carefully before checking out.

Direct deposits and Cash on Pick Up orders

Direct deposit information will be on your order form. Cash on Pick up orders are no longer available – you will be contacted within business hours Monday to Friday to let you know your order is ready for collection.

All order that are placed and not paid for with in a week (7 days) without contact or explanation will be cancelled.

Warranty:

We offer a restricted warranty on our products, if you have any concerns about faults contact us

Store information with intent of future purposes
Share or sell information to a third-party
Store bank or credit card details
*We will sometimes add your email to our mailing list. Your address and phone number are shared with Australia post & Our Courier company obviously

The Information we/you provide to Au Post and the courier company will fall under their privacy. The information you provide to our payment gateways ie paypal, afterpay ect will also fall under their privacy.

Payments:

All credit card payments go through Square or Paypal, if you don’t have a Paypal account that’s ok. Transaction are covered by buyer protection.

Direct Debit Payments are made to our Westpac business account Zebra Babies – Owner of Ash The Label

Comments
